In June 2015 we released a free music education app called BandBlast with the goal to make music education more accessible for children. The music app includes free online video lessons taught by world-class philharmonic members following that follows a curriculum that is similar to most first year band and orchestra classes. We currently have 13 different instruments and will be adding more soon. The music app also includes fun games that teach how to learn music rhythms, ear training, how to read music, and a recording tool to perform with band/orchestra repertoire. BandBlast is currently being used by school districts and has proven to offer substantial value for both teachers and students. It is available on iOS, Android and computer platforms.
